Staff were very supportive, respectful and accommodating, during difficult times. Their comminication was excellent, between themselves, and us as a family. They offered sound practical advice when I didn't know what to do, especially on the day of the funeral. There were no problems or 'hic ups' from start to finish. Thankyou everyone, especially to Jo, who dealt with us face to face, to Liz who accompanied us on the day, she could not have shown more respect than she did, to the drivers who helped my elderly mother in law out of the limousine, and to the staff we didn't meet. Their care was evident in the way they presented my husband after his death.

We are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, following their strict code of practice, and our funeral bond scheme is monitored by the Funeral Planning Authority.

    We felt overall that the care we received from Co-op Funeral care was the best that there is. The funeral direction, the funeral director, the receptionist, the people who came to take our father away, were all very professional, hospitable, respectful, understanding and kind, so much so that I would also like my personal funeral plan with Co-op as well. Thank you for taking so much care.
