Happy to say that we were impressed by the care and efficiency from the staff. They were excellent at understaning our needs and took us through the process and arrangements very clearly. On the day everything went smoothly as did the return of Mum's ashes after cremation. No hesitation to use again.

At such a sad time for everyone,could not have been better organised by the Co-op,from the very beginning to the end.
And a special thank you to Sarah and Karen, for all of the amazing support & guidance . Mum was treated with care & dignity and so we’re the family. The day of the funeral went without any issues & it was a lovely send off for my Mum.

I would fully recommend them for your loved ones

The service provided by Kate and her team was wonderful. The horses were spectacular and the service conducted by Aaron Partington was so respectful and warm in honour of my lovely husband. I had so many comments from people complimenting the whole service. The funeral organisation was faultless which we appreciated so much at a truly dreadful time for us.

Little Sutton went above and beyond for our family and the whole funeral arrangement process was so smooth and easy. The care shown to my father as well as our family was amazing and we will be forever grateful for it. The staff there couldn’t have helped us anymore and the actual funeral was beautiful and perfect thanks to the efforts of all the Little Sutton staff. Special thanks to Sarah for all the arrangements and everything afterward she has been an absolute star and we would have been lost without her.

Kate and Sarah were great to have around and gave a nice human touch with feeling to help at a difficult time. The help and friendly advice on how to make the best for the service even down to wearing yellow ties because I happened to mention mum like yellow roses. Kate suggested we drive past mum's house and she got out and walked in front as we went past.

Kate Hoard was so kind and help explaining and helped me arrange  everything as I wanted it with useful suggestions. Always at the end of a phone. If Kate was out Sarah was just as kind saying that she would want her mum to be looked after the way she looked after my mum.

There are not enough words to thank Sarah and Kate for the way they took amazing care of our mum and making all of the arrangements and making it a lovely send off for Mum. 
Sarah is an absolute angel and she is a credit to the company. 
The way she took complete care of Mum and was so genuinely caring and wanted to make sure that Mum had everything she needed was such a comfort to us and sharing stories with her about Mum and laughing with her is something I will never forget. She really does need to be recognised for her kind ways.
On the day of the funeral Kate was just wonderful, having a woman just made things feel better and Kate was so respectful and caring that it made it a lovely way to send Mum off. 
I can never thank you ladies enough and I will never use another funeral directors again.
