During the planning stages of the funeral the help and attention to detail from Claire was excellent, even when I requested last minute changes to the Order of Service she accommodated my wishes immediately.
On the day of the funeral Theresa and her team were extremely professional and supportive to members of my family.
Thank you ladies for everything, and I cannot recommend your funeral care services highly enough.

The team at E Clarke Wrexham were excellent from the moment of the first contact out of hours on the Saturday of my mothers death
They were very efficient and helpful, respectful, and compassionate through the whole process. I would personally thank Lisa in the office for guiding me through the order of service web site which was outstanding. Kelly on the day of the service for professionalism and going the extra mile the following day to recover the ashes from the Crematorium.

Service wasn’t great, at a time where I should be grieving for my dad I spent chasing the funeral home to ensure my dad had the send off he deserves. Poor communication, all very last minute, really disappointing in the service received. There was only one saving grace, that was Suzanne. If it wasn’t for her this review would be a 1 star. Suzanne was fantastic, very professional, looked incredible, so kind and compassionate.

Didn't have much to do with them really ..just a couple of phone calls. Some paperwork hadn't been signed by ??? So it delayed my mum getting to them from the hospital or from them to the crematorium.

We only had telephone conversations with, Margaret, Lisa and Suzanne, who were all very nice.
We had not seen Dennis for 25 years, and by the time we found out he had died, it came as a shock.
We were told the Council were paying for the funeral. Then had an email from Tina from the council to say, they would pay, and any extras were liable by David.
Which was fine, we are in our 80’s and had a shock to get an invoice for £1.780. We don’t know what we are paying for.
We are not well off and of course will pay it, but it has put us in financial difficulty.
Not one person mentioned any cost, or what costs we would incur. So as you can imagine, not even having anything to do with the funeral, we didn’t even choose The funeral director.
It hasn’t been a pleasant experience for us.
I will make sure it will be paid by next week.

Very professional, caring, went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. This is the 6th time we have used Clark's. Always given us excellent care. Susanna was very smart professional funeral director. Lisa excellent care as always very efficient a special thank you to Lisa for organising the Blood Bikes to escort Victoria. I have and would recommend Clark's to anyone.

Everything we requested was carried out exactly as we asked. Our uncle was treated with dignity and respect. Suzanne was particularly helpful and, though a sad occasion, made the whole experience an uplifting one knowing that Tom was receiving the funeral he had requested.

Everyone we dealt with at E Clarke were kind, respectful and made a very difficult time a little easier. At my mother's funeral they managed to be discreetly on hand letting us know what we needed to do but without getting in the way. All in all, Lisa, Suzanne and the team were excellent.

ALL ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE VIA EMAILS AND TELEPHONE, BECAUSE OF THE 120 MILES DISTANCE BETWEEN WREXHAM AND GLOUCESTER.
Despite this, thanks to the excellent office liaison and advice, there were no problems. The funeral service was well co-ordinated and passed with many compliments from those present. Very high levels of satisfaction.

I found the people I dealt with courteous, empathetic and helpful. The only reason I did not put excellent was because I had to chase up for information after the initial call. (this was not the fault of my initial contact but another member of staff).
