She handled all the business of taking Dad into her care at her lovely peaceful funeral home with exactly the right balance of dignity, love and humour. Few of us become familiar with organizing funerals, but Denise was able to gently, but confidently lead my daughter and me through the whole process. We presented her with some partially formed plans of how we wanted to celebrate my wife’s passing and, with Denise’s advice and guidance, the whole event was a delightful success.
Every question was answered, every request was met, nothing was too much trouble, and all was accomplished with such care and empathy that it felt that Denise became part of our family.
Denise and her team deserve the highest recommendations on two counts - organizing, administering, and conducting the funeral arrangements - and her natural ability to balance sobriety and her endearing charm with all family members at a difficult emotional time.

Denise conducted my husband's funeral earlier this week. She was most efficient and attended to everything I wished. She was a pleasure to work with to ensure that my wishes for Harry's funeral were carried out to the letter. I would not hesitate in mentioning her name to anyone who required the services of an undertaker. I think she really enjoys her work and was so kind and sympathetic to me and my family.
