Excellent communication from the staff at Yarm, thank you for your super service and support. The initial calls from your call centre were difficult as the lady was working from home and had a very poor mobile signal. This made a very upsetting time unnecessarily difficult, apart from that everything was organised very well and went smoothly.

We were very happy with how the arrangements were made from our initial meeting with the funeral director,Abbie, to the actual funeral itself. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure we were supported and that our wishes were taken care of sensitively. We were given lots of advice as to what was appropriate for our relative and felt that suggestions that were made were not driven by cost but by genuine care for the family. The funeral was very memorable and this was underpinned by the very professional and caring service given by the staff of the Yarm Co-op Funeral Service.
