I honestly could not fault a thing. This was the hardest thing in my life I've had to deal with and the process was made as easy as it could. From the first time I called to enquire, Malcolm was beyond excellent, he took the time to talk me through the first stages of what would happen. The time in which he carried out things despite it being over the Christmas holiday period was exceptional. He never rushed me but made sure I always knew what was happening. I called him several times just to ask things and he was always prompt with answering or dealing with my enquiries. I also had my four year old son who was being part of this and when we went to the funeral home he made him feel so comfortable. The funeral home is so homely and I felt safe having my mum there. The service was beautiful, there was not a thing I would of changed and they helped me to make sure mums wishes were made true. A faultless service they provide and as I was planning this on my own, I can honestly say I could not of got through it without them. Thank you

I had never had to deal with this kind of thing before I was dreading it and very nervous about the whole thing.  However, once I spoke with Tara she put me at ease and went through the process with me step by step.  I have found everyone I had to deal with from ISCA Tara, Malcolm and Jordan  extremely helpful and very considered I cant thank them enough.  I would recommend  them to anyone going through this sad time.

I found Isca funeral services exceptional. Kind, caring and considerate, not only in taking care of my husband but also myself and my family. It is a very stressful and upsetting time but Malcolm (who has the same name as my husband) was very kind in all aspects and very patient. I would recommend Isca to anyone.

The experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect.

My brothers and I couldn't have asked for a better service or for more caring, respectful and understanding people to help facilitate the funeral for our Mum.



Malcolm and Tara are both very kind and thoughtful people, and they have been eager to help in any way they can and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have shown huge amounts of resect to Mum, and they have made a difficult time much easier for all of us. As a family, we are very grateful to them for all they have done.

ISCA are a company who understand that money is tight for some people and have found a way to help deal with your funeral. At a very sad time in your life. I like the fact that they carried out everything for me. It took all the stress and worry away.
It was simple but thoughtful, they communicated with me by email and telephone which worked perfect for me. I would recommend this company as they were £2,000 cheaper than others I contacted.

I contacted Malcolm when I was at my most vulnerable and he was absolutely outstanding. His calm and reassuring nature made me feel at ease immediately and he wasn't pressurising in any way shape or form. He kept in touch with updates etc and without his help and understanding I would have been in a terrible state.
I cannot praise this company enough and owe them so much more than just a bill. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Malcolm xx
