Kerry and Kathryn were very caring, considerate and professional. They talked us through everything and helped us to make the right decisions for my mothers’ funeral. Kerry kept in touch throughout the process and any last minute changes were made very quickly. I couldn’t have wished for a better send off for my mother.

Kerry and Kathryn were both incredibly caring and patient with my grieving mother, and took time to give us complete guidance. I appreciated how they looked after my late father when he was resting in their chapel and spoke to him to keep him company! The funeral service itself was perfect. They are really gems of people. Mum and I were very impressed with the professional handling of the burial of my late step father Peter.It was a very good goodbye and remembrance of my step fathers life. Thank you for coordinating te whole event in Jacobstowe .Sadly my mother has had to go back into the mental health hospital for treatment so I am submitting this review in her absence. Thanks again for everything you and your team did for the family at this time of grief .

A wonderful service from everyone. Very caring staff who put me at my ease and helped me through everything I needed to know, even phoning me after the funeral to ask if I was ok. I can't thank you all enough for making such an awful ordeal more bearable.
