From start to the finish the care that was given was both caring and professional the helpfulness to arrange everything from the flowers to the crematorium was so well organised we would like to thank Greg for making everything so easy for us and also Zoe the celebrant who really was such a lovely lady who also helped us to prepare for Maureen’s final farewell the family would like to thank everyone involved we would fully recommend the Northcott brothers to anyone who has a bereavement

From the first moment I walked in their welcoming door, distressed and with no idea what we needed to do now for Mum, I and our family have been guided through the whole process with the utmost professionalism and true compassion. Sonia and Kirsty have led us through these difficult weeks, and the many choices to be made, with both great sensitivity and attention to detail. In addition to our scheduled meetings, they were always on hand to help and reassure, and we - and Mum- couldn't have been in better hands. As for the day itself, the service sheets and the flowers were truly beautiful, and the service itself, including the transport, was managed superbly and with their characteristic sensitivity and professionalism; sincere thanks also to Simon for his overseeing on the day. We really can't praise them enough!

I cannot speak highly enough about the help, support and advice given to myself and other family members. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept abreast of everything relating to Dad via email, phone calls and in person. Kirsty was always extremely kind and showed such empathy and a genuine desire to fulfil our wishes. She held our hands and organised all the aspects after our discussions.
Both Kirsty and Sonia always had time, and the appointments were never rushed. What has also been so lovely has been the concern for myself since the funeral service. Thank you so so much, everything was perfect for a celebration of Dad's long, happy and full life.
