This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

I would like to say that from the very first phone call to the my final goodbye at the crematorium, Sam, Amy and the rest of the team were, kind, empathetic and I felt cared for a listened too.

After my Father died I contacted Hallett and Perring and everything was dealt with in a professional but friendly manner by Amy. Chas the Celebrant who you found for me was brilliant and made the crematorium service beautiful on a very sad day and made a fantastic job of reading the Eulogy we had written. Gary the funeral director on the day was professional and caring and checked I was OK when my Dad's coffin was removed from the hearse before we all walked into crematorium. Myself and my Dad's family and friends all left feeling it was a good send off for my Dad.

The funeral Director Samantha Ritchie, and the funeral arranger Amy Bolton dealt with matters extremely professionally and with due diligence. They were also very friendly and put us at ease. The pallbearers were also very professional.

The flowers were exactly what we asked for and beautifully arranged. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Hallet and Perring.
