As you can imagine this was one of the most difficult times anyone could go through, losing a loved one and then having to deal with the funeral arrangements is a very distressing time but, the staff here at the Co-Op, made the process easier to deal with. Their gentle approach, the compassion and understanding was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend these lovely people.

Hannah and Chris were lovely and caring the only thing I was disappointed with were the flowers which we went on the recommendation of the Co-Op certainly wouldn't recommend the company if I'd have known what they would have been like would have gone elsewhere!

From my first meeting with Hannah, I felt cared for and comfortable. Hannah did an amazing job, with just a small amount of help from Angela. They were both lovely. Each step of the way was made easy for me and my family. Hannah was very prompt with all my questions and all the actions that were needed. Nothing was too much for her. I think she'll make a great Funeral Arranger, she is already. Chris, the Funeral Director, was as kind a soul as both Angela and Hannah had described him. Nuala, the Celebrant, was chosen by Angela after talking to me and asking what sort of person I would like. She fitted us up perfectly. And what a perfect funeral we had. The best day for my darling husband to be remembered with such happiness and deep emotion. Many, many thanks.

The funeral director (Chris) was a perfect gentleman and put me at ease from the very start of the funeral, and feel that we gave my husband the best send off he could have wished for.

My family and I were very pleased with everything that the Co OP Funeral care did for us, particularly Angela and the celebrant Steve Isted. Everybody was sensitive to our wishes and we couldn't have asked for better care at this particular sad time' I would recommend them very highly

Everyone was extremely caring and sensitive and treated mum with such respect. The organisation of everything was so efficient that it saved us from worrying. We were very impressed with how well organised it all was. I would like to especially thank Chris who did a magnificent job on the day. He gave the funeral all the gravitas that mum deserved and treated the rest of us so gently.

My Mums recent funeral arrangements were made with care and understanding throughout, with everything explained very clearly.
On the day of the funeral the service provided was without doubt excellent and understanding at all times.
All very professional as you would expect.
Only slight hiccup was a couple of weeks later when we picked up the ashes and they had been put on the wrong urn.
At the time it meant we had to rearrange the internment for another day which was rather stressful.
However all was sorted out a week later to our complete satisfaction.
Would highly recommend the Co- op to anyone in the future.
