Very very professional nothing was a problem I was very pleased with them all from start to finish I was dealing with my partners planned funeral to which I have the same plan and now my family are so impressed that they are all talking about taken out funeral plans GAVIN made us feel so very comfortable and kept me fully informed about everything could not fault McKenzie and miller and of course Gavin

Through a very difficult time after losing my dad, mckenzie and millar made the funeral process very easy to understand and were very informative every step of the way. Gavin was very helpful in everything I asked of him and was great at listening to me then giving advice on a few situations I was comfortable with so a huge thanks to him personally.

Sandi was amazing. She could not have been more professional but also very sympathetic, caring and very patient with me and my extended family.

Grant was also very professional as where all the drivers on the day of Mum's funeral. It must be very difficult to deal with grieving family members.

Overall a very pleasant experience for such a sad occasion.

My thanks to all the team in Leith for making this the best experience it could have been.

We have now used McKenzie & Millar three times for family funerals and I would not use anyone else. They are always respectful and professional but in a friendly and caring manner. For my father's recent funeral we dealt with Gavin, who was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, thank you.

The service and care that I received by Gavin Rutherford was outstanding. I was kept informed throughout and everything was explained and made easy for me to sort as I live in Nottinghamshire and such distance made it difficult and Gavin helped to give my family the send off that Kathleen would have wished for.

I would highly recommend the Service given.

Jasper was very responsive and helpful while my sister and I were trying to plan the cremation from other countries. We also had to split the payment which they accommodated without hesitation. She helped us with the process and answered all of our questions with patience and respect. I would highly recommend them.

They carried out the actual funeral in a dignified and

Very good care from the staff at Leith. Communication was great, staff informed myself regularly regarding the arrangements for my Mother's Funeral. They were kind and respectful throughout the process of the arrangements.
They also gave advice which was very much appreciated.
The Funeral itself went superbly , it was done so professionally and staff were so respectful and dignified.
Overall my Mother had a beautiful Funeral Service even though it was sad, it was a lovely way to remember her and say goodbye.
