The service was very good, and made everyone feel at ease and spok very kindly and with great tenderness, the detail and attention was very moving, everyone said how lovely the service was and that Dad had a lovely send off.

It is a shame that the store is not manned  at all times. They need more staff you expect a funeral home to be available  at least from 9 till 5. 

The shop is also in need of a tidy up. The outside appearance is very run down would not be very inviting.
 
In spite of difficulties when it came to the day everything was perfect the staff very helpful and respectful in every  way. So thanks to all.

A complete catalog of errors.
We have raised our grievances and have been told that an internal investigation is in process.
I wouldn't trust the co-op to bury my cat.

From the moment we met Shanee myself, Denise and Jeff felt very comfortable. Shanee explained everything necessary to us and at the same time listened to what we wanted in order to carry out Ken's wishes. Nothing was too much trouble. Equally our meeting with James Cooper to discuss the Order of Service. A huge thank you. It was a beautiful, very fitting service undertaken with such care and compassion.

Shanee at the Brentwood Branch was super all the way through. James the Celebrant was great and the guy who ran the show on the day couldn't have been better. The service was generally excellent.

Very good service from Shanee and Sam at the Brentwood branch of the Coop Funeral Services. Everything was discussed beforehand, with all the options and fee structures explained. Contact was maintained regularly throughout the process, and even after the cremation. All in all we were very satisfied with every aspect of the service provided.

At the painful loss of my Mum it was made easier by the gentle, calm thoughtfulness of the staff here. They guided us and checked on us both before and after the funeral. It was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done as the times agreed. Very happy with service.
