All was well organised.  they responded to calls and emails promptly and we were kept informed.  you must check things they send to you as the original location for departure was incorrect but was soon sorted out.  without this issue, it would be 5*

Jane in the Broomfield road office is a lovely lady she found us a lovely vicar and every thing she did was carried out as she told us. The funeral staff were also very good .I must thank them for a difficult day for us being well organised and going very smoothly well done to everyone
