Barbara has been incredible right from the start - she was so caring and empathetic and there was no hard sell on products. She gave us time by calling to see how we are and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The funeral could not have gone any better.

Mike Jones was very responsive and invaluable in making sure all the details were in place to make the arrangements as smooth and stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him to handle. Comments from attendees were that it was a beautiful, and well run service.

Every member of the team were respectful and did exactly what we asked for. This is the second time I have used the Co-Op and have arranged funeral plans for my wife and self as I know everything will be well done. Mike who arranged everything was superb even rang me 2days after to see how we were coping. Such thoughtful gesture was so appreciated. Thank you all.

I had never organised a funeral before & felt overwhelmed.

Loughton Funeralcare made everything easier for me, explained exactly what happens & answered any questions I had.

From my initial meeting with Mike Jones through to the day I collected Winifred’s ashes, he couldn’t have done anything better. He’s very much appreciated. 
The service I received, the care & consideration of Winifred was exemplary. 
Mike & Barbara are kind, thoughtful, caring, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Vicki, celebrant did a wonderful job at the funeral, huge thanks to her.

As for the day of the funeral; Anthony & his colleague, the driver (apologies not remembering his name) were so helpful & caring to me & my parents. 

I realise it’s their jobs but I feel  that the treatment we had from amazing people helped us throughout.

If there’s awards to be had Loughton Funeralcare should have one & a personal thanks & appreciation to Mike Jones.

The family have been very pleased with the service we have received, both in relation to the arrangements and on the day of the funeral. Special thanks to Mike for all the arranging and to Adam for directing things so well on the day. It was a very fitting finale for my Mum. Both Barbara and Mike have been extremely helpful with arranging my mum's funeral. Always at the end of the phone if needed or by email. What's really lovely is that Barbara telephoned me after the funeral to see how I was and that everything went smoothly...which it did. Thank you

I felt fully confident from the beginning, with Co-Op Funeral Services.  Staff at the Loughton branch were sensitive to our needs as a family and all went very well on the day.  The funeral director and her staff on the day were excellent and thoughtful to our feelings.  We have used Co-Op Services for several family funerals in the past.
