All the staff in Lochgelly, Cowdenbeath and Dunfermline we excellent, from the first call when mum passed away to the day of the service i really could not fault any of the staff, they were all more than happy to help and nothing was a problem, Claire was fantastic and nothing was an issue, Graham and Allan on the day of the funeral were just absolutely perfect and i could not have given my a better send off without those guys. All in all what a fantastic team they all are and i could not recommend them highly enough.

I don't really have much to say apart from as far as my expectations of a funeral of the burial type, it was spot on. I have never been to a church funeral before so think this is as good as it gets.

From the day dad died Wendy was extremely helpful and kind. Her communication was always clear and quick and she accommodated us and our wishes easily and without any fuss. Jane also showed us care and help throughout. 
Obviously the long wait for the funeral was distressing and difficult but we knew that that was outwith their control. I do hope that waiting times improve in the future and families don’t have to wait so long in the future.
