Anna was excellent guided us through the process so we thoroughly understood everything. On the day Rebecca was really good making sure everything went ok on the day. Emma the celebrant was brilliant it was if she knew my wife for years. Definitely use Adams again.

The only thing that made us all annoyed, was that they made us all wait until the day before the funeral which was no good for some of the family because they had to travel a long way just to see him then travel 130 miles back home, but I will say this about an angel working there called Rebecca she was amazing person and she looked after me, xx

I approached AG Adams by recommendation of a friend. From first contact all staff were extremely supportive, efficient, and gave me a sense of calmness at a very difficult time.
Rebecca met with myself and my family to assist with the funeral care of my wife. All options were clearly discussed and any specific requests were dealt with compassionately and clearly. Many of the pressures were removed as Rebecca contacted the church and the crematorium on our behalf. The funeral itself ran so professionally and smoothly, celebrating the life of my wife so beautifully. I would highly recommend AG Adams should anyone require the service of a professional, empathetic, and genuinely kind funeral directors.

From the moment, we made the first phone call when Dad died, Adams were compassionate, supportive and professional. Lauren looked after our arrangements and did an excellent job. She was so kind and understood what we were going through. She did everything to give Dad a wonderful and fitting sendoff. There were things we hadn’t sort of that she suggested. She listened to our ideas and included them all. The whole team really looked after us on the day and handled everything expertly. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you for being there for us at such a difficult time.

The whole process from planning to the burial took about 7 months because Mum was palliative care. During that time everything was handled professionally and with dignity . The whole team deserves a big thank you as they were so considerate. A special you to Julian who was so considerate when taking Mum from her home and of course Rebecca who oversaw everything so professionally.

My dad dies recently and decided to go with Adam’s Funeral care in Barry as my dad was a Barry boy.   I must say the service I received from them especially Laura was exceptional.  She was very empathetic and understood my circumstances , she made me feel very at ease and was such a lovely person.

She made the whole experience less stressful, I would highly recommend Adam’s Funeral care home again but not quite yet.

From the first meeting with Rebecca (Gatt) to the conclusion of the funeral service we felt supported, cared for and able to tailor the funeral we wanted for our sister. The service from A G Adams was professional whilst still being friendly. Advice was given but decisions rested with our family. Cannot praise them too highly as the care and attention to detail we received alleviated our stress at an extremely emotional time. The funeral in its entirety was perfect.
