As difficult as losing a loved one is, Lyndsay and  Phil were excellent and made the whole process more bearable. Professional and courteous, with access to an excellent celebrant and florist. The funeral service took place within the January 2021 restrictions in Wales which added to the stress but again Lyndsay helped us work through what we could and could not do. I would 100% recommend.

From the moment I met Lyndsay, Phil, Bev & David, everything was handled with the utmost sensitivity and compassion.

Communication was excellent every step of the way. Taking time to explain everything. They also handle everything!

The actual day of the funeral was absolutely beautiful, More than I expected if I am honest. My mum would have loved it and I think she would have been happy how Lyndsay and team handled it all.

I would highly recommend lyndsey Ellis and his team. They are so caring and professional. They understood the needs of my family and helped us so much along the way. Nothing was too much for them. In with regard to looking after my father while in their care they did amazing. Lyndsay would always explain everything in detail for us to understand and I felt comfortable to alway go back and ask again if needed. The service was lovely and everything we asked for we had. The amount of respect lyndsay gave when walking with the car was unbelievable and really choked me up.
As we are such a large family they were great at explains to people that under the circumstances of covid there was only limited spaces which made it so much easier on me.  
Beverly the celebrant was very good and did a lovely service. She really listened and tried her best in an awkward situation. After the service lyndsey came over and chatted with us which made us feel really good still showing that he truest does care. 
So I definitely can not fault the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely choose to use them again. Thank you to lyndsey and your team for the most outstanding services and for looking after my father

We will never forget Deanne's funeral for obvious reasons but the heart break was eased somewhat by the wonderful service given by Lyndsey ellis and his staff. It really was outstanding and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who sadly may find themselves in the unbearable situation of losing a loved one.

Thank you to Lyndsay and the team for arranging my dad’s funeral. It has been a very difficult time for my family and myself after loosing my dad suddenly from Civid. Lyndsay was very respectful and looked after dad. Although we couldn’t meet up face to face to make the arrangements, he ensured we could meet via zoom with myself  and my siblings.
