I used the co-op funeral care for both my mum & dads funeral 
When my partner passed away they were my obvious choice 
As soon as I spoke to Elaine in the branch I used I just felt that a huge weight had been lifted from me as after our conversation she dealt with absolutely everything 
I was always updated on everything that was going on & she kept me right in every aspect of what was happening 
At such a sad time for the family I very much appreciated her kind words & respect she showed to us & the staff that were with us during the funeral were so kind & looked after us all from start to finish 
Thank you all so much for everything

I was blown away by how easy everything appeared to go with very little effort from myself. Elaine and her team arranged mums funeral in a way that kept me updated but without being intrusive. Handled things perfectly and I would highly recommend the team, including the celebrant Elaine Curtis. Thank you all so very much x

made everything so easy at such a heartbreaking time kathleen was amazing so understanding and helpful , everything was handled with great care and understanding kathleen really looked after us , lots call backs made sure i was ok and always had the kettle on got a wee cup a tea and a nice personal chat , everything on the day went perfect and professional

The service provided was faultless from beginning to end. I received sympathetic yet professional treatment, making the whole process easier. The kindness and consideration shown was second to none. I cannot praise the staff who looked after me highly enough. 
For the quality of service and treatment I received you could not pay the staff involved enough.

Kathleen was lovely lady she was very helpful with me and my sister with the loss of our wee dad x Cant thank her enough for her help and compation x We only have one complaint is to do with our web cam of my dad's funeral as it kept breaking down and it's suppose to last 28 days but they say it's still editing as some of the service they have a problem with x But should be up and running soon and put it up longer when it's fixed . Prior to entering the Rutherglen co op parlour i was kind of lost as to how to deal with a funeral and all the factors involved to get it over the line . I was helped by Elaine who is one of the first people you may well encounter. Its fair to say that from my perspective she was more than helpful with my requirements and helped me greatly to get everything in sync for the funeral . I can't shout her praises enough . James
