Dafydd and Chloe were so helpful in every way, before and after mum's funeral Dafydd went the extra mile at this sad time, infact he went 120miles extra taking mum back to Mcr to be buried with her husband. As we did our own service he played mum's requested music for us, this made our day perfect as funerals go. Thanks to all staff at Gwilym Jones.

Gwilym Jones Funeralcare, Caernarfon was an excellent service. Mr Jones came to the house and explained all procedures with sensitivity and kindness. The arrangements for the funeral were made carefully and attention to detail was excellent. I would unreservedly recommend this service to anyone needing to arrange a funeral for a loved one.

I was treated with the utmost kindness, respect and empathy along with a sympathetic approach throughout a very difficult period. I cannot fault the service provided; the manner we, as a family, wished the whole process to take was carried out perfectly. Regular and frequent communication was reassuring and helpful and any concerns I had were addressed very quickly and efficiently, alleviating the intense pressure felt at times.
I will always be grateful that we were able to lay our mother to rest with the respect and dignity she deserved.

I"m Elfed Jones, son of the late Mrs Helen Jones, me and my brother Mr Geraint Jones and family was very happy with the service we had from Gwylim Jones, Mr Dylan Griffiths was excellent was totally respectful and professional with the collection and arrangement of my mother. also we were very happy with Miss Chloe Roberts with work aswel. we went to the veiwing and was treated with respect and dignity... very happy with service we recieved from Mr Dylan Griffith, Miss Chloe Roberts and all the staff of Gwylim Jones....thankyou a[[ Elfed, Geraint and family for your care of my mother and us as a family....

Excellent service, kind and considerate throughout. Even though we had direct cremation as per my father's wishes (no service or mourners), they attended to every enquiry I had, and rang me several times to keep me informed of every detail. Made a difficult time much easier, and the whole experience slick and efficient.
