As a family we found Andrew to be very compassionate and helpful. We did not feel pressured at anytime into having anything we felt we didn't want. He assisted with everything from the all the basics you'd expect but also sorting photo tributes and sorting the recording of the service for family who couldn't make the journey. It made us feel dad was looked after. Very happy with the service provided throughout, including aftercare. As funeral costs go, we found his rates very reasonable without compromise of service.

During this hard time, Cutmore family funerals handled everything with such care. Mr Cutmore was extremely professional and supported us throughout the journey. He ensured we knew all of our options and helped us understand the process, he gave us his time and advice whenever we needed it. We cannot recommend enough, although myself and my sister had not been through the process before it felt as though Mr Cutmore went over and above to ensure we had the service we wanted for our Dad. His kindness will not be forgotten at such a hard time in our lives. Thank you for everything you did for me, my sister and our Dad.

Andrew handled our Mum's funeral with much care and compassion and after a bad experience with another funeral directors, we wanted to get it right this time, and we did! Andrew couldn't have been more helpful and we had utmost confidence in him, and he didn't disappoint. Together with Martin Grace, our celebrant, we gave our beloved Mum the farewell she deserved. I engaged Andrew to handle my fathers funeral after reviewing his website and speaking with him on the phone. From start to finish he was brilliant, taking my details and requirements down in an understated way and efficiently while providing the right level of sincerity and decorum. He kept things simple which is an art in itself. As my father was to be buried some 100 miles away from where he died I had originally expected to use a more local funeral directors for the burial. However I was so impressed with Andrew and took him up on his offer to manage all the arrangements. He did so with aplomb. I would heartily recommend him.

We will be forever indebted to Andrew Cutmore and his incredible service to our family during such a difficult time. The immeasurable attention to detail, compassion and professionalism far superceded our expectations. Taking our father all the way to Scotland, conducting our service, offering extra splended components to the funeral service and, handling all the incredibly complicated logistics, meant we could give our father the best Scottish send-off imaginable. A Funeral director and business with compassion and understanding, goes a long way to dealing with the burden of losing someone close to you. The fees were incredibly little compared to others and we as a family are in awe of him and his family team. Thank you from our family to yours.
