The service was excellent in every respect. As we were a exceptionally small party, only 5 of us marking the death of our elderly aunt, the support and explanation of procedure were particularly welcome. We were left feeling that the director had pulled out all the stops to make the funeral and crematorium services and the journey in between run as smoothly as possible. They also worked very well with the parish priest and even supported by singing descant from the back of the empty church.
