Many thanks to the team at Viner and Son. From the initial phone call, until the funeral, everything was handled with the upmost dignity and respect. Every member of staff we had contact with were polite and courteous. A caring and helpful service when we were at our most vulnerable.

Thank you for arranging a truly unique day celebrating the life of our dad. Nothing was too much trouble for Lyndsey, she was compassionate, professional and helped us plan the perfect funeral, even organising a shire horse to lead the procession. On the day, Steve was amazing, he went above and beyond to make it special and suggested we walk behind the shire horse and hearse at the Crematorium. This made the day for us, we hadn't considered this option but it was perfect.

On the day, the team that brought the coffin in were amazing. Lucy was kind and compassionate.

Lyndsey took care of us and organized every detail of the funeral in a caring and sensitive way.
On the day of Dad's funeral Steve, our funeral conductor, and his team, could not have been more helpful to ensure everything went well and Dad had a perfect day to celebrate his life.

After two other funeral directors failed to return my calls over two days, I did manage to speak to the human 24 hour answering service for Viner . Having me told I would be contacted the next morning, I was surprised that a director called me at 8 pm just for a brief confirmation of my contact with the answering service. he said a member of staff would call me the next morning, but sadly that did not happen, however, I happened to be in the area & went into their office at midday, and after that everything followed smoothly, and they managed the process extremely well.

Viners delivered an extremely professional and respectful service for my husband's funeral recently. The Team's kindness was beyond measure, particularly when we visited my husband in the Chapel of Rest where he looked so peaceful dressed in comfortable clothes. The whole proceedings from the Advisor organising the funeral, to the burial, ran totally to plan. Kindness and reverence was shown throughout and we were never rushed. The hearse and two limousines were very smart, and were led out of our cul-de-sac and it was

I honestly cannot thank Viner and sons enough for what they have done for me and my baby Olive and still continue to do when myself and my family came in back in July after losing my 9 week old daughter suddenly, we were in such a mess we didn’t know where to start struggling with the loss we had just encountered and trying to think of a million and one things to do and that needed to be done we were struggling, but with the help of Viners they took all the stress off us they arranged a spectacular funeral for my Olive she went out in true style . Every request I had they made it happen they allowed me to see my daughter as much as I liked , they kept me well informed . Thank you much for everything you have done and for the support I still receive you are more than just a funeral directors , you all are amazing individuals that together make a fantastic team creating a loving family environment, where the door is always open and the support never stops , Viner and sons will always hold a special place in my heart and so will all those that work and looked after my baby olive so glad we found Viners and sons would highly recommend to friends and family
