I have nothing but the highest praise for the way in which the Funeral Director at Ormskirk Funeralcare arranged and conducted my Mum's funeral. As soon as we met with Kayleigh she did everything possible to put us at ease and to ensure that all of my Mum's wishes were put in place and performed faultlessly. All that remains is to once again thank Kayleigh and the team for everything they did for us.

I would have given ‘Excellent’’ but our first meeting with our local Co-op Funeralcare was a disaster. The branch (which had arranged a time/date with us) was closed, no phone call to explain why and it was left to us to ring various branches to see what was happening.  We were stood outside the branch for about 45 mins. It was an appalling service until Mike contacted us and from then, the service was excellent.

We would like to thank Alex with heart felt gratitude and for his care and support to us all and ultimately respect to my lovely mum. He conducted the ceremony with so much grace and professionalism with putting us all at ease and guiding us throughout the day . Even during our visits whilst mum was at the chapel of rest nothing was to much trouble and reassured us to spend as much time as we needed with mum. Alex is an absolute asset to your company and we couldn't of wished for anyone else to be by our sides.
