We initially met with Sara, she was informative and warm with how she spoke to us. They gave lots of help and advice with planning mums funeral. Every question and request was met and answered by the team. Tom helped us use a family made slide show and recording of a reading. On the day they were familiar face and so respectful to what we wanted. I cannot thank Odette, Sara and Tom enough for making this experience of planning mums funeral an easy one and taking as much stress out of it as possible. I would highly recommend

From start to finish Odette Funeral Director took care of everything. They were very kind and caring and kept us informed. On the day of the funeral, the staff were all smartly dressed and helpful. Odette, herself, paid tribute to Peter by wearing Triumph cufflinks and Sara personalised the order of service with a bonneville motorbike scene. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and what they did for us. Will definitely recommend them.

From the moment we stepped into their office, we knew we were in safe caring hands; they dealt with us with such kindness and a little gentle humour which brought light relief. From Odette herself, who has a warm, empathetic presence, to Tom and Sara, the whole family were consummately professional, but helpful and patient with our various calls and questions. We had a private cremation and Odette was a calming but unobtrusive presence and allowed us to have our final goodbyes with dignity.

We wanted something simple but respectful, they guided us through the options not "pushing" us into anything and we were able to make any amendments to our choices up to a few days before the service. From the very start the support, compassion and sensitivity at the time of great loss to our family has been second to none. The services provided on the funeral day were excellent, all went off to plan and rather than being in the forefront of everything, Odette and team were almost invisible, just efficiently and compassionately making sure all went well and as planned. We felt like we were family and treated as such. We would highly recommend Odette as a funeral Director to anyone who wants a service that cares, is supportive and above all compassionate in everything they do.
