The funeral Aranger (Sally Loveland) was very pleasant, listened to our needs and was able to provide all the service we needed. On the day of the late Millicent Hall funeral we were given an excellent service with respect and also met all our needs.

I was impressed by your website hence contacted Rowland Bros and straightaway Carly Baker whom  we met put us at ease and assisted us all the way.  Everything was taken care of   (it is still very raw for me - the wife) however all your staff and then Tony one of your funeral assistants phoned me to check if I had any queries on the morning of the funeral and all of them were just brilliant.  Thank you so very much for all the help and assistance in making the whole experience of arranging a funeral and helping us throughout the process. When one loses someone close and then is faced with the whole frightening and daunting thought of making all the arrangements, together with the grief, you certainly were  fantastic.  Thank you to everyone in your organisation at Whitehorse Road, Croydon, for your help and assistance.

all the staff were polite & efficient. Ben Rowlands, who led the funeral, was especially helpful, ringing the crematorium on our behalf, to check that music had been arranged for the hymn chosen. Everyone helped make a sad day easier to cope with
