I was impressed by your website hence contacted Rowland Bros and straightaway Carly Baker whom  we met put us at ease and assisted us all the way.  Everything was taken care of   (it is still very raw for me - the wife) however all your staff and then Tony one of your funeral assistants phoned me to check if I had any queries on the morning of the funeral and all of them were just brilliant.  Thank you so very much for all the help and assistance in making the whole experience of arranging a funeral and helping us throughout the process. When one loses someone close and then is faced with the whole frightening and daunting thought of making all the arrangements, together with the grief, you certainly were  fantastic.  Thank you to everyone in your organisation at Whitehorse Road, Croydon, for your help and assistance.

We are sincerely thankful to the service we received from Roland Brothers in laying to rest our dear departed Mother.  From beginning to end they were on hand to direct us through the process.  I found them to be very accommodating and flexible where chances were needed.  I am particularly grateful to Tony Roland who took time to direct and fulfill our Mother's wishes, she would have been very proud of his excellence and that of his team.

Ben Rowlands, who led the funeral, was especially helpful, ringing the crematorium on our behalf, to check that music had been arranged for the hymn chosen.

Carly was very pleasant and always got back to us very quickley. Thought it was a nice touch, that Colin rang my sister to introduce himself. Although she found the message to late. At this very upsetting time everyone at Rowland Brothers that delt with us was always kind and made the arrangements a lot easier. We even managed a couple of smiles.

A big thank you (yet again) to Carly and your team for supporting us with my Dad’s funeral on Friday.
Your team was not only great on the day, you and Peter were really helpful leading up to the event and helping us to feel prepared and as relaxed as possible.

Peter did a great job for our service and the comments back from all those attending were that the service was as joyous an event as it could be and a positive experience they will remember.
