Organisation of my mums funeral was easy for us, as you done everything we wanted, communication was good, any changes we needed to make, wasn't a problem to you. It made the whole process less stressful for us, from start to finish.

The Orpington branch of the Co-op Funeralcare was brilliant. They made the whole process as painfree as possible. The evening before the funeral, I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was in place as I wished. On the day, everything went really smoothly, including my requests to do things slightly differently from normal. Two days later I received another courtesy call to make sure I was ok, and happy with how everything went. I won’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have now used Co-Op funeralcare on three occasions always finding the overall service provided friendly, efficient & supportive. The funeral director on the day of the
most recent service was very sympathetic, professional & helpful ensuring that my requests were met. I also very much appreciated his care call the night before the event.

I don’t really know what to say, only that the whole journey was really professional, from the first meeting with Caroline and through the process of organisation to the service, there was never any ifs or buts, just a smooth progressional ride, Julian and his staff were the same, professional and did their job really well, which when your saying goodbye to a loved one is just what you need, reassurance and knowing that you have the best support behind you - so all I can say on behalf of my family and of course myself a big thank you. Caroline (Orpington) has bee great from start to finish. Willing to accommodate my many requests (notably searching for different dates). She's been very compassionate and has made the process very easy for me. The fact that we could do the "admin" from Orpington and have Mum's funeral in Enfield was very useful.

I requested that the drivers wear a specific coloured tie - this request was not passed on.

The hearse and car arrived at the cemetery 20 mins early, so we had to park up down the road and wait for our allotted time.

Flowers were delivered to the funeral directors on the morning of the funeral - as they came in a box, they were not opened and left at the funeral directors for 3 days! - The excuse was that staff thought it was stationary.
