The personal care and attention to detail shown by the staff was impressive The firm was pleasant and easy to deal with and everything was done with great respect and dignity, with sensitivity to the situation of the deceased, an elderly religious sister, and us as members of her Religious Community. We found Albins to be both understanding and sympathetic to our needs. They were in contact with us all the way guiding us through the paperwork and requirements for the funeral service and interment of our mother.  On the day of the funeral Jamie was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic and took us through the motions of what was required of us with no fuss and total respect.

Very professional service from start to end. We dealt with Danny from the Barking Rd branch who was polite and helpful throughout. 
On the day of the service the gentleman who came were elegantly dressed and conducted the occasion with class and consideration.
