Everyone at Rowlands were superb and I want to say a massive thank you to Pippa, her care for mum and us was second to none, she is one remarkable lady & from start to finish was so attentive & caring. Having her at mums funeral was a huge comfort to me. She was amazing. Thank you all.

We returned to Rowland Brothers in Purley as we were so impressed by their handling of our mother's funeral - and we weren't disappointed. They handled everything with sympathy, empathy and professionalism and made what is a very difficult process as easy as it could be. Their communication was first class and they created an atmosphere of trust in which no question or detail was too trivial to be handled with care and courtesy. The funeral itself was everything we had hoped for and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to all involved.

Rowland Brothers have been so helpful and kind to me and my family during this tragic time. I have had no experience in dealing with the death of a loved one and needed support and help this was on offer at all times and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff at Rowland Brothers treated me with respect and sympathy, from the very beginning when I initially contacted Rowland Brothers. Pippa at the Purley office was so caring and patient with me she talked me through everything. The day of the funeral went so well, the team were professional I didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Rowland Brothers to anyone and everyone.

Sadly I lost two clients and friends in a six-week period, and Rowland Brothers were the selected funeral directors for both funerals, being one burial and one cremation. In both cases they - the Croydon office for the first and the Purley office for the second - handled matters admirably. Different circumstances involved tight scheduling and particular attention in getting the funerals successfully arranged and carried out; and Rowland Brothers managed all matters for both in a perfect manner, in my humble opinion. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who have lost a dear one and need the services of a first-class undertakers.

An excellent service providing everything necessary and removing the worry of managing the ceremony. A quick
Ceremony was necessary for long distance relatives to attend Rowlands managed to arrange a church funeral on a Sunday with 5 days notice as they knew the Vicar.

During such a difficult time, Rowland Brothers were very supportive and kind to both myself and my colleagues. Their team, who are well experienced, provided an array of custom services to help create a beautiful funeral service for our beloved family member. Prior to selecting Rowland Brothers, we did enquire at other funeral parlours to gain alternative quotes. Although there were no discrepancies within the pricing, we did notice that Rowland Brothers paid more attention to detail, they were sincere, empathetic and went above and beyond our expectations. On behalf of the family, you gave my brother a fantastic send off with no hitches. From the moment we met Sophie and Robert we knew we had found the right place for Fergus. The Chapel was lovely and we were able to see him as we wanted which was a comfort to the family. The drivers and pall bearers and Robert were very professional but human.
No complaints so a very sincere thank you to you all..
