I have to say Jodie was a godsend when my daughter and I were sorting out Trevs funeral.  She was so helpful, courteous and patient with us and advising us on what to do, what package best suited us.  I have to say thanks to her Trevs funeral was superb and went without a hitch.

I felt that Karen and Jodie were with me every step of the way guiding and explaining what would happen.
They were both at the end of the phone in case I needed any questions answered plus they phoned to check that I was ok and coping.
Thank you for genuinely caring during our stressful time.

Karen and Martin provided a wonderful service. They supported me with decisions and options and in my own time. Communications were very good and I felt informed the whole time. They showed compassion and care. When they did contact me to say my Dad was now in there care it was a big comfort. Very grateful to them both in particular Karen. Shannan and her team was so helpful and calming my mum had suffered for three months but when we went to see her in chapel off rest she looked like she was sleeping peacefully which was a great comfort to all off us can’t thank them enough xx from all of Mary Parker’s family xx

The service and civility we received from Shannon was excellent from start to finish. She took care of all our requests, whether these were small or larger. All the staff were respectful at all times. On the day Shannon was amazing, she had so much respect for my wife and the whole family. As a family we highly recommend the company. Everything went so smoothly on the day.

Although we chose a direct cremation I feel that we were given the full attention of the funeral home and staff throughout the process. We were kept informed of all details and felt that we could ask questions whenever we needed. Shannan was in constant contact with updates and checking that we were all ok. Me and my family are overwhelmed with the support we were given. Thank you for making an awful time a little easier.

The staff was dignified towards mum & I.
They kept us informed on a day to day basis… right up-to the day of his funeral.
There was a little confusion & anxiety ~ caused over the order of mass booklets. But soon resolved… the order of mass booklets was beautiful.
We was able to see my brother off in a peaceful environment… in which Shannan made sure to oversee any problems that may of arose on the day.

The whole funeral was run very professionally from the very first meeting to the courtesy call the day after the funeral. Everything went according to plan due to the excellent organisation. I would like to thank everyone involved in giving my Father an excellent send off.
