I can't praise the team enough from Annette in the co op to John( I think that's his name sorry) the funeral director. They made a difficult situation much more bearable. My self and my brother and sister would like to say a big thank you to all of you. You were all so nice and everything was taken care of and nothing was of any trouble we felt like we had known them all our lives we were that comfortable with them. We would definitely recommend the co op funeral service to friends and family. I have life insurance but with how well dad's funeral went from his death to the cremation I am seriously thinking of making a plan for myself and my husband.
But just to say a big thank you again to you all x

Met a lovely lady Annette..From the first meeting she made us so welcome, she has a professional and friendly manner and very considerate of our feelings towards the loss of our Brother, Steve. She kept us up to date and made sure my brother was well looked after. Annette has continued to support us and been in contact with us after the cremation, what a credit she is to your company.

Words can’t express how comforting and kind caring & attentive Annette from Dovecot Co-op funeral care was throughout the whole experience. She and Siân the funeral director we’re absolutely wonderful. They made a really hard and difficult time much more copable. The staff in the office Sam and especially Annette were exceptional.  Sam dealt with us initially and was so professional, friendly and comforting.  Annette looked after mum and us and is just the most compassionate and lovely person you will ever meet.  Andrew who was the funeral director on the day made us feel at ease and did a wonderful job.  I strongly recommend Co Op Funeral Care Dovecot.  Thanks so much from all the family.
