The service from both Lori and the funeral director was very good. They made a sad day go without a hitch. Lori was kind and caring and explained everything step by step. I cannot praise her enough. The funeral director was also very caring and explained what was happening and directed me clearly step by step. The celibrate was lovely and made a sad day a celebration of my Mams life.

With a short time to have funeral while family from abroad were still in country, Lori immediately said she'd do everything possible to make it happen. And she did. With a very tight time scale she worked hard to make everything just right.
From start to finish we felt confident that Katie would have the funeral she wanted.

From the time that the two staff members attended to take my dear Mother from her home to the time, today, that I was given her ashes in a beautiful casket with an immaculate inscripted brass plate, all the staff at Bartrum's have gone beyond mere professionalism and shown me (and my Mother) the very greatest respect, kindness and help. The funeral for our mum Hazel Rivett was carried out very well,
We were looked after and kept well informed at all times and on the day Howard made sure everything went smoothly and during the time our mum was with Bartrams we felt she was well looked after ,also Anne was very kind whilst I went to see mum and supported me through out a very difficult time thank you Bartrams especially Howard and Anne .

Although we were unable to attend the funeral, the feedback we received from the other guests was excellent.
