This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Organising an unattended funeral only took a few minutes, but the attention to detail has been exceptional. Letting me know when the cremation would take place, asking if I had any music I would like to be played on Anna's final journey to name just 2. Absolutely recommend them.

Peter Taylor’s had looked after dad in 2013 so mum was in their care just over 10 years later. Great consideration was given for mum and the family were given all choices on the sort of ceremony that mum wanted right down to small details such as what would go with her, and wearing her favourite earrings she was never without and seemed right that she show up on the otherside nicely turned out and ready to meet with old friends and relations. Everything was v good apart from the order of service. The initial draft wasn't good. front page very plain and basic. several versions were submitted before it was satisfactory even though we had explsined what we wanted several times it wasn't put on the service without several reminders.
