    One could not improve on the understanding & service given by Andrew Francis & his team in Watton at this difficult time. NOTHING was too much trouble. Everything was dealt with swiftly & with a professional attitude that other businesses of all kinds should look to follow.
    One now considers the team at Andrew Francis's to be friends, as well as the people who took care of a much loved member of the Wickwar family.

    Amazing man, amazing service! So laid back and down to earth, he is exactly what you need when your struggling through a hard time losing a loved one. Couldn’t recommend him enough, he made sure everything was perfect and I’ll be forever thankful.

    Andrew Francis Funeral Service was recommended by a neighbour after we had had a somewhat disappointing contact and eye watering quote from the local Co-Op.

    From the very first call we made they were sympathetic, knowledgeable and made suggestions which exactly fitted our requirements for the funeral of our daughter all carried out with dignity and professionalism you would expect from a local firm.

    We, like our neighbour, would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Francis Funeral Services to anyone wanting a first class service at a not unreasonable cost.
