The staff were extremely helpful throughout the funeral planning process and made a difficult time more bare able. I found them to be compassionate, sympathetic and supportive before and after the funeral. Fraser deserves special mention as he couldn't do enough for the whole family. The humanist Pamela was also so supportive. The only area
I would look to improve was access to suitable IT equipment to play slide show we had prepared. Fraser and his staff couldn't do enough for us to make it a special occasion. I would have no hesitation is recommending them to others. Tom Dickson

The staff at the co-op were absolutely amazing, Ann & Fraser are two of the most caring & compassionate people I have met.
We had went to the co-op when my Dad had died 3 years before , and knew how exceptional they were, they arranged everything & took pressure of us as a family when we most needed it, 
I cannot ever thank them enough, they truly are amazing.

My sister and I organised our mum’s funeral and the service we received from Fraser, Ann and the Coop Airdrie team was exemplary. 

From the day we walked through the door they were kind and compassionate. Nothing was too much bother. 

Everything was organised for us to a very high standard and competitively cost.

My mum got the send off that she, my sister and I wanted. We can’t thank the Airdrie team enough.

Fraser & Ann. The Co-op Funeralcare Airdrie.  

The absolute dream team. Simply the best of the best. What they provide is truly above and beyond just funeral care. 

Over these last few weeks they have guided our family through the most traumatic and challenging time in all our lives. 

Their empathy, support and expertise meant that we could say our final goodbyes to our loved ones with the upmost respect and dignity they both deserved. 

They took the time and worked closely with my family through each stage of the process. They were so professional, patient and helped us find the right way to remember our loved ones without any judgement, only pure understanding. 

Their kindness meant that we were able to find peace in the midst of a total tragedy. We knew our loved ones were well looked after and safe in their care. From start to finish everything went seamlessly. And for that, we will be eternally grateful for them both. 

They showed the same care and compassion as though they were part of our family. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our family. They deserve so much recognition for the amazing work that they do for others.

We would have been lost without them both. We won’t ever forget everything they did for us.
