Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.julee was such a warm person,she went above and beyond my expectations. The lovely lady who was on the desk was so nice,friendly she couldn't do enough for me.And the driver was wonderful. I would recommend your service to my family and friends.A massive thankyou.

The service we were given was perfect.  Julee, Lorraine and the other staff were all so respectful, gentle and warm.  I know now why my father chose to have his cremation with the Co-Op at Guisborough.  My family felt very supported and in safe hands in what was a vulnerable time.  We all would like to thank you all.

I new after organising my mams funeral in July 2022,how good the staff were at the coop guisbrough, after helping me and my sister organise my mams funeral ,as we had never gone through anything like it before it was worrying ,we had no need to worry they really we're so respectful ,careing, thoughtful,and considerate to our feelings , and
to what we wanted for mam ,we wanted a funeral that reflected mam and her wishes she did not like fuss, she wanted a very quiet close family funeral ,so when my son passed away i had no worries to who I would go with in november 2023,again they listened to what I wanted and respected my thoughts on this, they really went above and beyond to make such a sad horrible time go so smoothly, and stress free.I can't thank Marie, Julie,and all the staff enough for what they did they really are truly amazing people thank you from the bottom of my heart andreaxx

I can’t thank the team at guisborough co op enough for the amazing professional service they have provided to my family following the sad loss of my mam. Nothing was too much bother even when I had an issue with getting some music my mam had requested a kind member of the team sorted this for me. The kindness and compassion we received was faultless you are all fantastic at what you do
