All the staff were very kind patient and helpful. There was no pressure to makeon the spot decisions we were advised of the options available and then given time to think of the choices available.on the day of the funeral the cars arrivedto the house on time and at no point did we feel rushed, we were given time to pay our respects before leaving for the funeral service. At all times my son was treated with the utmost respect.

I am so happy that I went to Co-op for the funeral arrangements of my lovely husband, especially the branch in Rushden. Claire and other staff there are absolutely wonderful and made what had been a horrendous time for me and my son into a really good experience. I cannot thank them highly enough. Claire explained all the different things in a really easy and thoughtful way and I thank her so much. Co-op Funerals have relevance in my family and we have always had a very good service from them as a whole. Highly recommend xx

Very impressed with Claire on how she looked after my Mum and myself and guided us through the whole process. This was a very difficult time for both of us but Claire helped us make all the decisions.
Victoria on the day was absolutely brilliant, from talking to us all outside the house, walking Dad out of the street and dealing with the family members carrying Dad into the church. She was so respectful and made sure everything was as we asked.
Dad had a dignified send off.
On behalf of all our family I say a very big thank you.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Coop Funeral Care in Rushden. They were very efficient and showed great kindness during the whole proccess. On the day, the organisation went very smoothly and we were guided every step of the way. A fitting send off for our dear mother and we would thouroughly reccommend these directors.
