From the first moment of contacting Lymn's everything has been handled in such a caring, professional, loving and safe manner. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, there has never been any rush over anythingand the funeral went so very smoothly. I was so well looked after on the day and felt very safe. I can not thank the whole team enough for looking after not only my dear husband but also myself and family and friends. A truly dedicated, hardworking team. Thank you all so very, very much.

We could not have been better supported.From the first contact to the last everyone was excellent.Our loved one Arthur was cared for with respect and dignity and Lymns enabled us to give him the farewell he deserved and chose himself.Nothing was to much trouble and we as a family feel that we did Arthur proud and this is because of Lymns.I would recommend them to care for your loved one with 100% certainty.

St. Albans House, situated in Arnold, was opened in 1996 by Alison Maddaford, the president of the National Association of Funeral Directors at the time, and extended during late 2012. It is now run by Russell Kemp who has a very good knowledge of Arnold’s people, ministers, churches and customs. Russell gained his Diploma qualification with the National Association of Funeral Directors and is assisted by our funeral arranger Jessica Raynor. Beryl Spencer and Jodie Ruth are the receptionists / administrators.
A.W. Lymn's Arnold branch features a parking area, reception, two private reception rooms, two visitation rooms and also a visitation suite with an adjoining room where the family can spend time in private. There are also cold room facilities and a small memorial showroom.
Russell, Jessica, Beryl and Jodie will be more than pleased to offer any assistance you require, whether this is ’at need’, or simply an enquiry for the future. The funeral home is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday. All A.W. Lymn funeral homes are also open at any time by appointment and the telephone line is available every day of the week, 24 hours a day.
This branch covers all of Arnold and the surrounding areas including Calverton, Daybrook, Epperstone, Killisick, Lambley, Lowdham, Oxton, Redhill, Woodthorpe and beyond.

The service provided by Lymns was excellent, a date was arranged with a quick turn around and whilst initially I worried whether everything would be sorted in time, it soon became clear that everything was under control. The teamwork shown on the day was second to none and each member of staff involved played their part respectfully. The celebrant suggested (Anja) was professional and the perfect person for the job. Thanks to everyone involved on the day including Emma and Beryl.

From the initial meeting with Emma at Lymns to the day of the funeral I found all concerned with Jerry’s funeral extremely professional, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral their support made a very difficult day bearable. I thank you all so much.
