From the first phone call to the collection by Bianca and Marie( sorry if I haven't remembered the names correctly) Drew Millar took care of my Mum gently, with dignity and which honoured her life. It's a difficult and emotional time and so the little things become important. This was directed beautifully and I do not believe that anyone in the country could have done a better job.

"Excellent" covers all aspects of the care Morag and family received. During the weeks when I was planning the funeral the administrative staff and funeral staff were courteous, sensitive, patient and helpful. The day before the funeral I received the promised call and was reassured that all was well. On the day of the funeral we were eased along. Everything was taken care of - we experienced respect, dignity and professionalism.

Everyone was so helpful from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble for them. I knew nothing about organising a funeral but they took me through the whole process. It was dignified and respectful. The celebrant was amazing and the service was very personal, he went to a lot of trouble to get it just right and it felt that he had known Les.
