Right from our first meeting Wayne put us at ease. He was very thorough explaining at every step what would happen and was outstanding in his advice and support. Nothing was to much trouble extremely thoughtful and helpful. Cannot thank him enough amazing support.

After a disappointment with a funeral plan the Co op took care of everything to a very high standard. We have used the Co op at Wolstanton before so knew we were in good hands.  Everyone was so helpful & everything was perfect on the day. Thank you everyone.

Dan was very good and very professional. It was a very difficult time he helped me when the GP wouldn't give me a death certificate and communicated very well with me with me living in another country

Wayne and the team were just the best.

From the moment I told Wayne that mum had died, he looked after us taking us through each step. He is such a kind man and so professional. He knows when you need laughter and joy but also knows when you just need to be sad and quiet.

The day of the funeral was beautiful and the care from Wayne and his team, before, during and after the funeral was second to none.

I cannot thank these wonderful and amazing people enough.

My mum sadly passed away recently and the team at cooperative funeral care Wolstanton took care of her funeral. From the moment they arrived at 3am in the morning to collect mum, right the way through her cremation service and collecting mums cremains from the office, every single person has been amazing.
Yes they were kind and caring but most importantly to us, they were human and listened whilst I chatted about mum. They made us feel we were the only family they were dealing with and we were their priority. This feeling of being valued and supported was invaluable at such a sad time. 

Special mention must go to Wayne, the funeral director, who ensured Mums service on the day went perfectly but even more thanks must go to Jayne in the office who ensured mum got exactly the funeral she wanted ( including her unusual choice of music) and went above and beyond to find us exactly the right celebrant. 
I cannot thank them enough for helping us through Mum’s death and funeral and for taking away so much stress. They are amazing

The care and compassion that Wayne, Hayley and the team showed me and my family meant such a lot.
I couldn't have wished for a better send off for my mum and so many people said it was the best, most personal funeral they had been to which means so so much.
I couldn't be more prouder to say that I work for Co-op Funerlcare.
