Losing my mum was simply the hardest goodbye I have ever had to endure but Yvonne was there for me at every turn. Its takes a special kind of lady to do this and she obviously cares deeply about her clients and their welfare.

Yvonne, Steph, Chris, Tobias and all the team were absolutely brilliant. They took care of my aunt with perfect respect.

Yvonne was such a pleasure to be around at the hardest time. Her professionalism combined with empathy and understanding and patience with us was second to none. I can't thank her enough.

Everything was perfect and just how aunt wanted it.

Nile Street funeralcare were lovely to deal with and to have organise the funeral for my mum.

Yvonne was very knowledgeable, caring and sensitively advised me on what options were available for my mum.
She kept me up to speed as things progressed and everything worked as promised.

The funeral cortege on the day was beautifully presented and the flowers we ordered were lovely.
The chaps who attended us were also lovely to deal with and they directed us every step of the way.
The service was everything we could have wished for for my mum.

First class service. Professional whilst still being sympathetic and caring from first pont of contact to the day of the funeral. Both Yvonne and Chris were a pleasure to deal with and helped me emotionally at the worst time of my life. The day was conducted to perfection by Chris and the other undertakers who showed care and consideration throughout. Faultless. Cannot thank this team enough.
