This is the second time I have called upon Manor House Funeral Directors. In 2013 for my mother funeral. Now in 2024 I called  upon them for my husband’s funeral. MHF are really professional. They traveled to Slough and  brought my husband back home to Sunderland.They help me through a period of my life  for the second time. A period of my life I didn’t think I would ever get through. I couldn’t speak of Manor House  Funerals more  highly .

This was a very traumatic time when my wife died suddenly but Manor House were amazing. They were so sympathetic to what was happening, there was never any pressure it was like talking to a friend. Joe Lannin was there ever step of the way I don't know how I would have coped without him sorting every little detail out he is first class. I would not hesitate to recommend Manor House in the future.

We found Manor House to be excellent in all steps of the funeral process. 
Every person that we had contact with was courteous , polite and professional at every stage.
All the worry of planning such an event was taken away from us and dealt with by Manor House.
Mark was a lovely man and a pleasure to become acquainted with.

Having used the services of Manor House for dad previously, we had no reservations instructing again.


Excellent service from first contact to funeral itself. Mark Smith has managed both funerals and his compassion, dedication, empathy to a family loss is first class.

The staff in the background were also very helpful, showed empathy and compassion. Very professional.

Highly recommended.
