I honestly cannot recommend or thank Walton & Taylor enough for everything they did for us. The passing of our father was unexpected and traumatic, and Sue & James were enormously kind and professional throughout, even before booking. I went in the day after my father passed, devastated and lost, to try to navigate what was suddenly to be expected of us and options possible, and Sue gave me her expertise and time, without any obligation, sympathetically and gently, with all the information I might need to make difficult decisions. They continued to go above and beyond in terms of helping us multiple times leading up to the funeral and even after, and the day was everything I hoped it could be, personal, special and full of heart, which was so important to us. The care they showed reminded me of the altruistic nature of our father, which confirmed to me that they were absolutely the right choice of funeral home for us after consideration, as well as excellent value. I always felt like they genuinely had our best interests & needs at heart, every step of the way, and am very grateful that it was Walton & Taylor who gave our beloved father the send off he deserved.

I found the staff at Walton & Taylor were understanding, helpful and professional throughout. They were easy to talk to and guided me through each stage of the funeral process, allowed sufficient time for me to make my own considered choices yet offered sound advice when it was needed. On the day of the funeral they gently provided an organising hand which ensured that the event ran just as smoothly as I had hoped. I would recommend them.

During a very difficult time in our lives, we recieved informative information which was explained if we didn't understand anything, in a sensitive manner. What I really liked about Walton & Taylor is that they listened to what we wanted and our Mum's style. They did amazing with the suggestions given for the service sheets and found our mum a glitter coffin! All their work made the process less stressful during a sad time so I would highly recommend their services.
