From my very first contact to his very last, Adam of the Allesley Old Road branch of Henry Ison was incredibly attentive, sympathetic, supportive and most informative regarding what we as a family had to do at a very upsetting and unfamiliar time. My 87 year old mother having just lost her 88 year old husband after 66 years of marriage left our initial meeting with Adam feeling relieved and assured that the stressful matter of a funeral was in very good hands and so it was. With Adam's assistance we were able to give my Father a fantastic send off. Thank you so much.
