Our family dealt with Nadine, she and the other girls there were very professional, empathetic and respectful. Our mum was in the chapel of rest and the girls did a wonderful job I'm making her look nice. All in all great customer care. Very happy with the service.

I’m sorry I meant to get in touch sooner I found the Ansty Road Co-operative funeral care service excellent Mum  had already purchased her funeral arrangements and they were carried out to the letter,nothing was too much trouble even her transfer from Rugby Co-op. I will definitely be recommending your professional and compassionate service, and will be purchasing my own funeral arrangements in the very near future. Adele was fantastic with my mum and dad passing so close together it's a very hard time for me and the support I received from Adele was 100%
I felt comfortable with Adele throughout the whole sad time my thanx go out to the rest of the team as Well for every think they did along this sad journey
As much as ur all brilliant I'm hoping not to see any of you for a long time unless it's a social gathering

Our fathers funeral was a great day of celebration for him and us. What we asked for we got and Craig Bird did an excellent job of delivering a light hearted eulogy. The entire day was handled professionally but with an individual approach. Nadine and the guys were thoughtful of what the day meant to us, but there in the capacity that if we needed guidance it was given with consideration. Thank you from my family and friends who all "enjoyed " the service.
My only dislike was the online giving page which I found painful to navigate, but that could be because of my lack of skills; you could possibly offer a quick session on how to navigate for the older generation like me. Other than that excellent.
