Nardine looked after us and nothing was to much trouble, they communicated with us on every issue and nothing was left to chance. Mum had a special and beautiful send off and as a family we appreciated all the help, kindness and assistance they gave us.

The support , the kindness and compassion given at my sad loss was wonderful, if I had any concerns or not sure about anything I would call and speak with Nadine and she would reassure me nothing was too much trouble .Nadine was very kind and reassuring and is accredit to her profession .The care given to my husband whilst in there care and for the funeral was truly respectful. I would like to thank you all.

A difficult time was made much easier for us by the kind and compassionate staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always available to advise and reassure us.
We mostly dealt with Adele who treated us with great compassion and made a stressful time much easier to deal with.
We were made to feel that this was not 'just another job' but that she truly cared.

The service was wonderful and suited our uncle perfectly. He was not a religious man but the humanist service was very personal and respectful. Nadine was lovely throughout and gave me peace of mind that it would all run smoothly and kept me well informed on everything so a special thanks to her.

The staff were very helpful and supportive when I was making the funeral arrangements. The funeral itself was conducted in a dignified manner with Nadine directing the arrangements in a very professional manner throughout.

My only criticism is that I had to wait one week after the death of my mother before I could get an appointment to make the funeral arrangements

Every care was taken to ensure that all family wishes were taken care of. Nadine was very professional and supportive and always there at the end of the phone if needed. 
And, on the day, once again, Nadine was there to prompt us.

The efficiency of Nadine made the arrangements for my mother's funeral an easy task
at a difficult time for the family. The car arrived at the appoited time on the day of the funeral and were excellent throughout the funeral..I would definitely recommend them for their service.
