Taylor's Independent Family Funeral Directors

It is without hesitation that I recommend the above to you unreservedly.
My wife, Margaret, passed after a 60-year lifetime together and I was very worried that the final part of her caring would be left in the hands of people I did not know.
The above was recommended to me by a close friend whose wife passed 12 months prior.
I paid a visit to Taylor’s to get to know the team there before I entrusted my wife to them.
My daughter, Helen, and I knew immediately that we would be leaving Margret with a professional caring team and that she would be in safe hands.
Sam and his team cared for Margaret, Helen and I with patience and respect.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Taylor’s Funeral Directors were exceptional with me.  I lost my dear wife of 62 years and have been supported by my Goddaughter Angie so we were a team of 2 and that is how Taylor’s have treated us.   From the first time we met them they put us at ease during a very sad time.  The whole team were there for us (and are still with us) and supported us so that we could have the best send off for a wonderful lady.  Nothing was too much trouble, they were always a phone call or email away.

The attention to detail was heart warming- nothing was too much trouble for Sam Taylor and his colleagues. My sons and I felt cared for and protected at a very difficult time in our lives. I cannot thank Sam and his colleagues enough for the service they provided.

Unfortunately my father passed late on Christmas eve and this was the first time I had had to deal with death, I didn't know you could ring at such times so late on Christmas Eve, but they are always open regardless. On Christmas morning they rang to assure me that everything was sorted.  
From the very start until the funeral was complete they were always friendly, helpful and professional. It seems a funny thing to say at such times, but it was always a pleasure dealing with Taylor’s and this is most definitely the time you need good support.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Taylor's to conduct my mother's funeral, which we arranged by telephone and email from our home in Wales.

Mackenzie helped us at every stage in a kind, calm and patient way and always quickly came up with a solution to any query or request we made. She recommended a florist and bagpiper which we had asked for and they were both excellent.

Sam was also extremely kind and helpful, even visiting my sister at home for her to complete a form necessary for my mother's burial. On the day of the funeral, the staff were punctual, efficient and courteous.

We both felt the funeral could not have been handled better and would strongly recommend anyone needing a funeral director in the area to contact Taylor's.

It’s rare in this day and age to find service that is genuine and sincere. However, Taylor’s Family Funeral went above and beyond this. 

The sudden loss of my sister was hard to process and trying to organize a funeral felt impossible but thanks to the help of Sam the director an Amazing person who accommodated our needs and beyond and McKenzie who handle our case with the upmost professionalism and efficiency it eased the burden. 

The day of the funeral ran smoothly and it was so beautiful to see how everything came together so well. My family and I were in a safe space that allowed us to pay our final respects with a sense of ease and peace. 

The level of care and kindness received I will forever be thankful for. In such grieve circumstances, Taylor’s independent Family Funeral was a blessing to us.
