Andrew and all staff show a caring commitment towards their clients.Frequent phone calls have kept me informed as to proceedings  and also to check on  my well being. There has been just the right amount of professionalism and friendliness. They cannot do enough for you. Very very pleased with how the day went, very professional & respectful.

2 small things that could have gone better, (1) when I arrived to the waiting room it was a bit of a shock to have so many people to have to 'wade' through. If i had been instructed that the coffin would be taken from the other end, I would have entered here avoiding having to talk with people pre-funeral. It may sound like a trivial matter or a bit obvious, but I just wasn't ready to talk with people until afterwards & didn't think about it myself. (2) The Celebrant was very 'pushy' about wanting to say the Lords Prayer & Ashes to Ashes despite us saying Dad wasn't religious. I had to tell him no 3 times very assertively & my sister had to tell him as well, before he would accept it. If Dad was religious we would have had a vicar.

Ron and the team were absolutely fantastic in arranging my mother's funeral. It was obviously a very testing time for us all and the team were understanding and kind at all times. They really made organising the funeral an easy experience.

Huge thank you to Belinda and the team at HH Birch for the outstanding care and support shown to us on the passing of Dad. The whole experience was made so much easier to bear due to their professionalism, compassion, empathy and guidance, mixed in with some humour (which Dad would have loved).
We couldn't have asked for anything more and the funeral was exactly as Dad wanted it to be. You did him proud so we thank you again for that.

We were given as much time as we needed to settle on arrangements for a dear dad with patience and uplifting care. We will always be grateful and would recommend Birch funeral care wholeheartedly. All went very well.

This was service as good as any anyone could expect.

Just a couple of things:- 
As the 4 grandchildren were walking in with the coffin - we felt that the congregation should have been seated 1st. 
Also at the end of the service - the family should have gone out 1st then the congregation so the family could greet everyone coming out. 
Otherwise everything else went very smoothly thank you.
