We wish to thank Jane, Steven and Suzanne and staff at White Rose for all their care and attention, especially Jane who made a horrible time so much easier by being genuinely there for myself and husband at the loss of his mother, Doreen Berry every detail possible was sorted and all the arrangements were sorted without any issues. We are pleased that we have used a local funeral director who also works with others in the local community, e.g. we have found the florist and floral tributes from Mapplewell florist amazing. Debbie from Hearts and Flowers florist, my go to florist in the future for any floral needs. If there can be any such thing as a nice funeral Doreen had that with all the details personalized to her to give her the best we possibly could at an affordable price.
I would recommend White Rose funeral Directors to anyone Thank you.

Our heartfelt thanks to Stephen and Suzanne at White Rose Funeral Services for the kindness, empathy and compassion we were shown from our first meeting right through to the day we laid our Mother to rest. Their kindness has helped us through the most difficult time and to have been able to give Mum such a beautiful funeral on a very tight budget has helped us immensely. I would recommend this service without hesitation.

White Rose Funeral Service took care of my late fathers funeral recently, I would 100% highly recommend Stephen and Susanne for all that they did for us. We met with Stephen to go through all the funeral plans and he was extremely patient and helpful with any questions we had. Susanne was taking the funeral on the day and put me at ease straight away letting me know things as they unfolded. White Rose recommended Jane, a celebrant who talked about my fathers life who also would do anything to help us. She put together a lovely speech and emailed back and forth to make sure it was what we wanted.
White Rose made the whole experience a breeze and I'd like to thank the whole team for everything that they did!

Stephen & Susanne were fantastic in making arrangements for our Father's funeral. They made the process extremely easy and kept in contact via e-mail and phone regularly to ensure everything was perfect and it was. We would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a funeral director within the Leeds area.

Susanne and Stephen were superb. Respectful, kind, thoughtful and dignified, without being maudlin, and incredibly efficient in a calm and friendly way. Everything went smoothly and was exactly as promised, which is a huge relief on a stressful day. And no hidden charges, or unexpected extras, on what was a very reasonable bill. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

What an amazing company, so very helpful on every thing, guided me and my family through all the things required, and helped us out when it came to things financially!

The service they provide is excellent! and the cost of their services are fantastic too! I don't think we could have done the funeral for our mother with out them!

From the moment that i first spoke to suzanne on the phone i knew i was in good hands.
Here i was in the midst of the most traumatic experience of my life and she put me right at ease and told me everything would be ok.
I was on the phone for nearly an hour i just needed to talk and even though technically she was off that day packing for a trip it wasnt any trouble.
She told me i could call her anytime i needed, which i did a few times and texts flew back and forth i always got a reply maybe not within 30 seconds but as soon as she was able.
I met stephen at the offices and just as with suzanne i was put at ease nothing was an inconvenience no question too stupid to ask.
The whole experience was made so much easier .
The funeral itself went ahead without me having to worry about anything oeverything i needed was done sorted out ahead of time.
Even a few days after i have needed to speak to them they havent hesitated and made sure i am ok 
Losing my husband has been the hardest thing i have ever had to endure in my
life but they made it that tiny bit brighter throughout my darkest days
