Mum’s funeral went off without a hitch, directed by the indefatigable Shaun Roberts, whose untiring professionalism was greatly appreciated. The farewell ceremony was commented on by family and friends alike: “what a lovely service” and “a really good send-off”. 
The photo tribute at the Crematorium went down particularly well and was a talking point at the reception afterwards. A solemn occasion made affable by the Co-op, whose staff were especially courteous and respectful on the day.

Thank you to everyone who made each step of Dad's journey, from the Care Home to the return of his ashes, as easy & supported as possible, helped throughout by excellent communication.
An extra special thank you to Simon for his expertise and unerring support in coordinating the whole process whilst keeping us well informed & updated.

The Knowle has gone above and beyond in helping me sort out my husband's funeral following his sudden death. Simon from the Knowle stepped in to help whenever there was a problem with no hesitation. He completely understood how difficult it was for me as a disabled person with no car to get to their office to pay the funeral bill and he visited me at home, which made it all a lot easier. My husband's ashes were also brought to my home address which saved me the pain of walking home with such a heavy burden. I cannot recommend The Knowle highly enough.

Shaun roberts took care of my mum and really went out of his way to put me & my sister at ease always kept us up to date and genuinely cared and made it the most beautiful service my mum could have received.
